  Though Farzanah has couple of times helped me with the last minute appointments, but that does not mean, she could keep customer waiting for 40 min for 2 min threading! And when asked about how much it would take, a very impolite answer "I can't leave what I have in my hands"!! Lady, when customer ask you, how much more time it would take after waiting for 30 min, it means you can give a time frame and not like leave the current customer and take me! (Though you served first, the customers who came after me).

  Farzana is very charming and friendly. I had my haircut from her and it was great. Very cheap price but good quality. I recommend her if you want a stylist haircut.

  I havent had.such.a.horrible.experice with a.hair dressrt. Had a haircut last week and it was just horrible. Talks and work, equally pathetic

  I would have never written such review about Farzanah, but this time it was horrible and have happened quite a few times with me now. Though, it is very cheap and waxing quality is good. Specially, I liked her threading, her skill is unique. :) :)

  Farzana is always friendly and professional. Have had my eyebrows done now for many months and I am really happy with her work. Her prices are very very reasonable and I do not have to wait long for her to attend to me. A very happy customer - Thanks very much.
