  The only good thing was - they were quick. That small benefit however does in no way outweigh the risk of having your car damaged.

  Water marks all over (inside and out), still mud marks on the floor mats, instrument cluster was smeared, steering wheel sticky with whatever they put on, wet patch on the front passenger seat, radio and dash still dusty, didn't touch the dust in the centre console bin, plenty of crud left under the seats and the seat rails... brought the girlfriend's car for a presidential clean ($94) and wouldn't pay a third of that for the result.

  At least the plastics are black and shiny and it was an OK vacuum. Wing mirrors are clear with no water marks.

  Really below average work done, inconsistently polished and their so called interior detail as part of "Presidential Wash" is a joke, it is more a "Clerical Wash" if you ask me. Car wasn't even vacuumed properly let alone detailing it, you pay over $40 (via Groupon, apparently its full price is $94) for a dignified wash & dry nothing else. Just rushed through the job, not at all worth the money you spent. Very disappointed indeed.

  Dropped my new car off to be washed. One of the attendants was wanting to drive it into an allocated position. He (as he later admitted) had no idea how to drive a manual car. I watched him in horror slowly roll my car backwards downhill, almost down onto Logan road, with grinding gears and high revs.

  Monday I had my car washed and interior cleaned. Goodness knows why but thhe back seat of my Rav 4 was moved. The seat was not put back in place properly and what is worse one head rest is missing. I am absolutely disgusted. I have a photograph of how they left my car unfortunately there is no where I can post it on this page

  Terrible customer service. The cafe whIle you wait was nothing more than tables and chairs with a coffee machine (which was unattended) and a tiny drink fridge. Waiting for the 2 hour service within a "cafe" I would have preferred to be told there was no cafe and the time prior to booking.

  Communication was terrible - I almost contacted Groupon to have my voucher refunded as the car was the same when I left it while waiting 2 hours in a non existent cafe.
