  Newhaven Funerals were extremely caring and supportive when my wife passed away, there was no rush or pressure in the choice of casket or any of the arrangements.

  I lost my dad last Christmas and Newhaven funerals were wonderful. As it was Christmas New year period i thought it would be a drawn out process, but it wasn't they made everything simple. The wonderful respectful service they offered for my father was lovely. The caring attention to detail was much appreciated. Although dad could not be with me for Christmas they made sure everything was finalized and i had dad's ashes back in my care before the new year. Excellent service.

  I was poorly treated by this Company. Karina lied to me as to the actual date of my husband's cremation and after I approached the Company a senior person assured me he would sort out the matter and come back to me and since then I have heard absolutely nothing. I certainly would not recommend them and felt no empathy at all. I did expect at least some sort of apology. Not the sort of treatment I expected at such a difficult time. I expect it was because I only had a cremation without a funeral service and so they were not making as much money out of me.

  the Respect they showed to my family and my darling late mum .its hard writing a review on such a hard time in life. My dad was over whelm with grief but the people at Newhaven truly cared and had that personal touch. The surroundings are tranquil and felt right for our family. I will be using them again when the time comes for my dad . Thank you to all the team .
