  Communication was terrible in our search to find somewhere to live. Had to phone multiple times to get information about the progress of our application. Was put on hold for over a week and we were told nothing until we phoned multiple times. Many times we were told we'd be contacted within 48 hours and only once did this happen Only reason we kept trying was because the place on offer was perfect for what we needed. For the record we did not get the place we were after, but it would have been really good to have been informed as to what was going on along the way like other real estate agents have done for us.

  Justin was fantastic to work with, he projected managed my property from the renovation that needed to be done before the property when to up for sale all the way to settlement, marking my life a lot easier. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do, even to the point he took a load of rubbish to the tip in his ute that the previous tenants had left behind.
