  Prompt quote, but failed to carry out the work as requested. Simple Colorbond roof restoration. I stated I wanted my roof, except for the back patio roof, re-painted. Found they missed a whole 'flat' section, it had been left out of the quote but as the quotation drawing was a little ambiguous I didn't realise THEY had decided not to paint the entire roof as asked. Then they remove downpipes when roof cleaning but they did not restore the downpipe properly and now it leaks water all over my back patio whenever it rains. Asked them to restore/repair twice now but they are missing in action.
